Our business operations are dependent of, and supported by, a variety of stakeholders; customers, employees, shareholders/investors, business partners, governments, academic experts, community members, public organizations and many others. ASICS seeks to identify who its stakeholders are, learn about their interests and expectations, engage them in constructive dialogue and maintain an open discourse.
ASICS is devoted to continuously improving its products and services. As such, we seek to integrate environmental sustainability as one of the basics considerations in the design of our processes and products. We feel that this approach is the most effective and direct approach to achieve sustainability improvements.
In addition to the studies and research performed at the ASICS Institute of Sport Science, we cooperate with (local, regional and international) universities, NGOs, governmental entities and other knowledge centers. We believe that involving external parties to set up partner alliances will offer limitless potential to increase awareness of and involvement with our company and brand, whilst above all developing new, better and more sustainable products and services.
An essential part of our commitment to sustainability lies in the realm of Environmental management. In that light, you will find both ASICS Europe’s Environmental Policy and Sustainable Sourcing policy on this site. We aim to apply these policies so ensure continuous improvement in our supply chain, products, services and processes. In case you have any more questions about the application of our policies or sustainability practices in general, please do not hesitate to contact us.
