Account & settings
Is My ASICS available in other languages / countries?
Yes, My ASICS is available in eight languages and 26 countries. Supported languages besides English are: French, German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and Finnish. You can access your country website from the complete list of My ASICS country services.
Also, you can switch to another language in your Account Settings.
I can't log in to my account, what should I do?
This could have several reasons:
- If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it.
- If you have forgotten the e-mail address you used to sign up, you can always create a new account.
For privacy and security reasons, we do not offer assistance by e-mail for login problems.
What are beta features?
How do I turn them on / off?
Occasionally we'll release new My ASICS features for testing, before they're ready for everyone. If you're interested in trying these out, and if you're okay with some rough edges (new things might break), you can try beta features. Please note these are usually available in English only.
You can turn beta features on and off at any time by going to the Beta Features tab in your Account Settings.
Training plans
For which race distances does My ASICS offer training plans?
Currently My ASICS offers training plans for marathons, half marathons, 10km and 5km races.
Does My ASICS offer training plans for 5 or 10 mile races?
Not yet, but we're working on adding more race distances, starting with 5 and 10 miles!
Can I print my plan?
Yes, just use the Print button in your browser and your plan will automatically format nicely in a calendar view.
Can I download my plan as a PDF?
Not yet. However, the training plan pages are optimised to print out in an easy-to-read format.
Can I export my training plan to Google Calendar, iCal or Outlook?
Not yet, a calendar feed (.ics) is in the pipeline.
Can I set or change the start date of my training plan?
Because of the way the plans are constructed, changing the start date amounts to changing the whole training plan. So the way to do this would be to start a new plan. It is not possible to set a start date in the past. However, we are working on a solution which will refine the way edited plans treat the runs you have already logged.
The training plan is too easy for me, what should I do?
Some runs in My ASICS are designed to be more challenging than others. If you feel the overall plan is too easy for you, we recommend you either recalculate your pace or edit your plan entirely with a more challenging goal time.
Do the training plans take my other sports activities into account?
Not really, the training plans are focused on running and they will remain so. However, we are considering the best way to account for other sports you might be participating in when creating the training plans.
Also, you can include your other sports in your logbook, so that you gain understanding of how your different activities influence each other. At the moment you can indicate whether you did stretching, resistance or cross training, and you can always add notes about other sports. We intend to refine this further in future updates of the service.
Mobile & other devices
Will My ASICS be available as an app for iPhone or Android?
Yes, the My ASICS iPhone app will be available in the UK shortly. There are no immediate plans for an Android app.
Can I use My ASICS with my Garmin, Suunto or other watch?
Not yet. We are planning on supporting data import from certain external devices in the future.

Can I import my My ASICS 2 logbook?
The ability to upload existing logbook data to the new system is one of our highest priorities. We are working hard on it and will send out an e-mail to My ASICS 2 users as soon as it's available.
