  amazing shoe! absolutely recommend it, especially if you don't overpronate at all like me.
  went to the london asics store and they mapped my feet and saw that mine were neutral and these are the very top of the line for us neutral ppl.
  amazing service too, so nice employees!
  anyway the shoe is really light, and has a very noticeable good bounce to it seriously, i've had knee pains for the last 4 yrs at gym, and even a few km of running or especially anything going uphill wld lead to my pain recurring.
  with these shoes, NO PAIN INSTANTLY!
  though i can't attribute all the gains to this shoe actually as i also started some basic ITB (Iliotibial band friction syndrome) stretches before and after my runs...but i'm absolutely sure the shoe makes up at least 80% the reason!
  AWESOME AWESOME SHOES!
  i'm definitely an asics fan now will definitely get another pair as soon as i need one!

  As you can see, Nimbus and Kayano are for different kinds of pronation, so don't choose between them.
  My next shoe will be Nimbus but not yet.. Still happy with Gel 1070.

  I teach martial arts for a living, training up to 5 hours a day. When I kick the wooden man the gel stops shock to my joints. I have used all makes of trainers but Asics are the best by far. When I bought this model I was so impressed that I bought another 2 pairs!

  At a first glance gel -nimbus 11 look is unusual, but its design definitely means extreme comfort on the track. These shoes are made from synthetic materials, so that makes them to dry quick after training, It also got small reflective material on the front and back sides.
  The first time I tried them I was bit confused, because it left no, or a little space between foot fingers and the material. But the material nicely wraps all the fingers and makes no blisters or any skin irritations. Mesh fabric effective lets the air to pass through itself while the the feet are on the move, so it cools them a bit.
  The sole have an angle, which eases running, so you can run longer distances. Thought I would like more of small foot muscles interaction. Because of the gel, the impact is very soft, and that feels like running on clouds. It also protects the foot, heel, hip joints from cartilage wearing and osteoarthritis progression (I think), so you can run on hard surfaces like asphalt. I have also noticed that the foam has a little ,,bounce back" ability.
  I am new in running, but these shoes really gives me running joy and freedom of movement. I have never worn anything more comfortable before. Good shoes.

  I have tried this on today after having the nimbus 10's and loved them, however, i feel this shoe is too bluky and have opted for the kayno 15.still a very comphy shoe though.
